Eesab, Inc and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it as described in our Return policy.
Return Policy:
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, like-new condition. Items purchased on eesab.com cannot be returned to our retail stores (see instructions below for return of internet purchases). All returns must include a copy of the customer receipt/invoice and original packing slip. A refund will be issued only to the original credit card.
Return Instructions for Internet purchases:
Use the original packaging and tape your package securely. For UPS deliveries, complete the return form, using codes to explain your reason for return and insert into the package. Follow return instructions listed above. Damaged Items and Shortage Claims
